Coast & Sea - the Vendée par la Mer aims to allow everyone to discover our coast.
Our coastal environment is rich in history, closely linked to the sea.
Our maritime heritage deserves to be known: its richness, its diversity, its fragility are to be discovered in order to better respect them.
Going to sea is never trivial, for some it will be the first time, for others it will be once more but never it will be the same.
My name is Charlie and I will be your guide for the next walks.
The passion for the sea came to me when I was a teenager.
I have always worked in this environment, starting by sailing Seas and Oceans as a professional skipper and then as a sailing instructor on just about anything that floats. In recent years, I have spent them leading a nautical structure and its team, developing its activities, training instructors, managing schedules and much more.
I wanted to take a turn in my professional life to create my business, to stand on my own feet, to unveil stories, to allow you to discover our coast from the most beautiful place: the Sea.
This love story with the Sea, I want to tell it to you so that you in turn fall in love.
The stories you will hear are based on reality, but they are mine. I'll lend them to you for a stroll.
The colors that I put there, the pinch of humor that comes to raise them are my personality.
I advise you to bring a camera because the memories you will bring back will be unique.
If you wish, also come with a little derision because I like to laugh.
Adventurer
The Adventurer is a semi-rigid boat 10 meters long and 3 meters wide.
It is powered by 2 outboard motors of 250 hp allowing a cruising speed of 25 knots (46km / h) and a maximum speed. almost 50 knots (90 km / h).
Passengers are seated on 6 double benches, protected from the wind and spray by a transparent polycarbonate cone. The boat is covered with a tarpaulin protecting you from the rain.
For comfortable and safe walks
The boarding capacity is 12 passengers, all equipped with hydrostatic lifejackets with automatic release.
This boat is classified in NUC (Commercial Use Vessel), approved by a ship safety center issuing a navigation permit.
